With an enormous brand footprint and a globally recognised name, Hilton hotels are one of the world’s most respected hotel chains. This means people are generally familiar with their offering.
With this familiarity comes a challenge – how do you get a giant to grow faster? To achieve this, we went back to ground-level – making the individual feel special, even when they’re in a group.
This was accomplished by creating a more intimate aesthetic, with digital support that made visitors feel at-ease, at home, and above all, valued as a customer.
